Steve an I just got back from Cozumel and are already planning a return trip next year with a large group of divers. Aqua safari is GREAT!!!! always on time and very attentive.I took over 1100 photos in 18 dives and am looking forward to coming back next year. We love you guys!!!!!!

Another fabulous stay at the Condumel, as always the service was impeccable...The continuity of service between Aqua Safari and the Condumel was really great. After 18 years staying at the Condumel, we finally tried Aqua Safari in conjunction with our stay...it was more than really great. We will definitely use Aqua Safari again, for our diving in Cozumel... On the Condumel side...well what can you say...it is the best most relaxing place I have ever stayed, the staff is professional yet very caring and attentive in providing their day to day services. Everything from a simple flower placed on a table to the attention paid to the Kleenex box by the sink - its just beautiful.. Sarah is the most efficient and professional manager/ concierge I have ever dealt with, she makes Mexico really easy (and that can really be difficult at times)... The sun sets into the water every night...the water in front goes from the beautiful turquoise blue to the deepest most azure blue. The serenity of the location and the quality of the services makes the Condumel the best kept secret on the Mexican Rivera...SSSSHHHHHhhhh Don't tell any one... Rory and Colleen

All of your base and dive staff are first class and the accomodations right at the dock made everything easy. This past March I made my second trip to Cozumel and had the opportunity to become a certified open water diver with Aqua Safari. Ricardo was my instructor. Literally the course was a life altering event. Because of the incredible instruction and professional way my training was completed I have decided to go professional to become a Scuba Instructor like Ricardo. The whole experience was the most wonderful event I have ever had. The beauty of the reefs and dive sites was unparalleled anywhere else. Of course the whole team there made my diving and educational experience so comfortable and memorable that it will be with me for the rest of my life. Thank goodness I also have the DVD to remember. Thank you Cinzia. We will be traveling back to Cozumel this summer specifically so we can dive again with Aqua Safari and hopefully Ricardo too. Thank you so very much for the experience and the life/career changing event.

My wife and I began diving last year. As fate would have it, we started up with Aqua Safari, located on the same estate as our time share. The professional and courteous way that we have been treated outlines what one looks for in any place of business. From the front lines booking with Donna, the folks at the dive shop, and all the way out to the reefs with the experienced boat crew, divemasters, and our instructor. These guys really do it well! Low pressure sales, and the costs are reasonable, even the merchandise in the dive store is affordable. All the more reasons why on our return trip april 09 we again dived with Aqua Safari, even though we were miles away in a different resort they accommodated our needs. With now over 30 dives under the belt and other places to see and explore, such as the mainland this fall, we will always bring these experiences with us as a foundation. Thanks everyone for sharing your world with us! We will see you again early 2010

Bill and Donna, Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the wonderful time we had during the week of 20 through 28 February 2009. We stayed in room 10 at the Safari Inn and were very pleased with the accommodations. The room was clean and comfortable and so convenient. It was so easy to get to the dive boat in the morning and equally easy to the downtown area for evening meals and entertainment. Being there during Carnival was a big plus! Your staff proved to be professional and hard working. This is our second dive trip with Aqua Safari and we couldn't have been more please. The entire crew on Ocean 3 was fabulous. We were so well taken care of on our dive trips. We are not as advanced divers as some of the Lynnhaven Dive Center folks who were there. The Dive masters, Joachim and Jose, made us feel very comfortable and very safe from the very first dive until the last dive of the week. Dive sites were well chosen, instructions were given prior to each dive and we felt watched over by the dive masters. In addition, dive masters were always on the lookout for interesting items to point out like turtles, large eels, and barracuda. With our group, Joachim had his job cut out for him! We especially appreciated your flexibility in scheduling our dive days, permitting us to defer Tuesday's dive day until Friday when the wind and seas where more to our comfort level. It not only gave us five great days of diving but an opportunity to explore some other local attractions. Again, we had a wonderful time and hope to be able to repeat this experience next year!

I just wanted to thank you guys for another fantastic week down in Coz. For me, it was my 12th trip in 17 years, all with Aqua Safari. For my dive club, it was our 4th trip to Coz and the best one ever! Jacquin, Miguel, Jorge, and Nemecio (not to forget Willie and Carmello) were awesome. Bill, you were most appreciated at your morning check-ins and beyond. Donna, we had no problems at all, so your presence was felt by me even though I didn't get to see you. And Angel was as careful, considerate, and compassionate as ever. I hope to get back to Cozumel soon. January 2010 seems far off, so maybe I'll try to sneak down there with Natasha before then! I just wanted to let you all know what a great time we had last week in Cozumel. It was one of the most relaxing and fun trips we have ever taken, and we have taken several trips. The sleeping accommodations were perfect for our needs and the diving was awesome! To be able to dive 5 straight days, have beautiful weather every day and feel totally comfortable the whole time while I was diving, was such a treat. Your staff is very attentive and nice. Our room was always impecably cleaned, the daily "swan" changes was fun to anticipate. Thanks you for a great vacation, we will be back again. To Bill and the staff at Aqua Safari, My wife and I just ended a week long trip in Cozumel during which we spent several days of diving. Prior to embarking on this trip my primary purpose was to spend it learning to scuba dive and begin exploring a new world. My wife on the other hand has not been much of a water sport person, as I have spent most of my life boating, skiing and other water activities. In fact it would be acurate to say she would rather have poured gasoline on her head, lit herself on fire and rode a moped down the main drag... naked! I am not kidding, she was terrified of the thought. I honestly believed this vacation was doomed for failure. However, due to the expertise and patience of our instructor Gabriel, after the first day she became comfortable with the idea and began looking forward the the following dives. Though still a bit nervous when it came to the boat dive, after we entered the water at Palacar reef, within three minutes I knew I had a "dive buddy!!!" It was a sensation one must experience to know. Although Gabriel was our main contact during our adventure and I hope we have him again to dive with and learn from again...I want to say that your entire staff was enjoyable to be around and we would feel confident to student under any of the instructors we met. Also very impotant to mention how much I will miss kind and pleasant greetings from Angel in the mornings! it was a reassuring encounter that I knew the day would be a good one! Thanks to all of you for a wonderful experience into a new adventure!! and we will see you soon, (probably in march) I will be in contact with Donna to pre plan our next phase of diving. Again it was a pleasure to meet all of you, and all of you be well!

Bill, we just returned to the USA from our visit to the area. My son and I got up at 4:30am and took the ferry to Cozumel. It was a rainy morning and I can honestly say I really wasn't looking forward to my first dive in the ocean. We took the "fast boat" out and while it was still pouring down rain the dive master and our captain seemed totally at ease that all was fine, and they were right. After picking up some other couples we headed to our first site. The rain had quit. Our dive master gave us very clear instructions what to do and what to anticipate. Upon entering the water I waited no longer than one minute until he told us to submerge. As soon as I did, I had to hold onto my regulator as my mouth dropped open at the most breathtaking view I have known. At an instant another world of God's beautiful creation was before my very eyes. As we ventured to the bottom our dive master was extremely mindful of where we were and yet he gave us the freedom to explore. (I have heard of some dive masters who want to keep everyone in a tightly controlled group.) He was very instrumental in pointing out specific wildlife and coral formations that I would have overlooked had he not been leading us. I also was having some problems controlling my buoyancy and he was attentive to my problem, helped be gain control and set me at ease for the balance of my dive. Our trip left and returned on time. The professionalism of our dive master and captain were superior. I do not think I could have asked for a better experience. I would truly encourage anyone who is considering diving Cozumel to use your services. The boat was clean, staff was professional and fees were reasonable. If the opportunity avails itself for me to return to dive at Cozumel, I will assure you we will not hesitate to seek another adventure with Aqua Safari. Thanks again for a life long memorable experience.

I just wanted to say that when I took my open water certification course earlier this year ... it was nice to have a dive instructor (Pedro) who was patient with me in obtaining my certification. Nothing beats experience and the number of years which is truly reflected in his teaching ability. I have booked my winter vacation for 2009 and will be spending 1 week in Cozumel once again .... Had another wonderful trip in Cozumel, 5th with your shop diving. THANK you for allowing us to dive when you were concerned about us needing refresher training. I took my friend out Friday into the bay and made him do skills and get comfortable with gear. He said that was the best thing and felt totally ready (as did I after more than a year not diving). Also, couldn't have worked out better when on the first day we only had 7 on our boat for his first boat dive. Tim did great and was in and down and so excited and happy when he would come up from dives. He was a little nervous like any new diver would be but when looked at some othes we dove with over that weekend I think he even did a little better. As always your shop and divemasters are top notch and will continue to use you for future trips. Palo, Miguel, and Jose were terrific!!!! Will definitely back to visit you and Bill. THANKS much for another great adventure and wonderful diving. Amazes me how much life divemasters find for us--rays hiding in the sand, drums, and wonderful and colorful Toad fish unique to your beautiful island.

I just wanted to thank everybody at Aqua Safari. I did my final open water dives for my certification with Pedro there in May. After that I did 7 dives in 3 days, and the service, boats and dive masters were awesome. They really try to cater to what people want to see, and help point out lots of interesting things on the dives. Everybody from the staff on the boats and in the shops, really do a great job of making you feel welcome, comfortable and safe, which is great when you are a new diver. I am already planning a return trip and will be diving with them again.

To Everyone at Aqua Safari: I recently enjoyed a 2 week vacation in Cozumel, taking part in a dive trip arranged through Adventures In Scuba, where I work, in Calgary, Canada. The trip was booked with another resort. However, as I was able to get some good prices on flights, I arrived in Mexico 2 days prior to the actual charter. I needed a place to stay. Acting on a recommendation from Linda Schaus, one of our stores' Divemasters, I stayed with Aqua Safari for the first 2 nights I was in Mexico, until the start of our chartered trip. I found that Aqua Safari's accommodations, store, boats and staff were excellent. The location, right in the middle of the action in San Miguel, is great. There are inexpensive restaurants located close by, the rooms are a fantastic price, and the boats far roomier than the boat we had through the other resort. The boat crews were much more safety conscious, and the refreshments provided onboard also excellent. I enjoyed my experience with Aqua Safari so much, that when our chartered boat dives with the other resort ran out, myself and 2 others chose to go diving with Aqua Safari again, even though we were still staying at the other resort. I will be back to Cozumel, and I will definitely stay, and dive, with Aqua Safari before I go with anyone else. Muchas gracias, Aqua Safari, for being the highlight of my vacation. Sincerely,

Just wanted to let you know that I did a Discovery Dive with the Gaetz group on Tuesday of last week and had a blast! Everyone at Aqua Safari treated us great and did an excellent job. Pedro was our instructor and did an super job teaching us and making the nervous one in our group feel at ease. I had such a good time that I came back on Thursday for the chance to dive one-on-one with Pedro and was not disappointed! It was fantastic and a real pleasure to dive with Pedro! This was my first time to dive in the ocean, and it was a wonderful experience. The Miguel, Miguel, Roger and the rest of the crew on Ocean Three were great and took us to some great dive spots. The things I saw were things I used to think I would never see first hand. I would highly recommend diving with this outfit. The Aqua Safari inn was perfect for a dive week... comfortable beds and plenty of room for our equipment. I was even surprised to discover they have wireless internet, although connection was spotty, as there wasn't always a good signal. But then, who needs the internet when you're there to dive?

We had planned on making it down to see Pedro before we left - but when Cathy kept running into people she had been on the dives with they tended to take up too much of her time. The way it was we were the next to last people on the ferry for the trip across the channel and the ride home - where it was -7 C and the snow was packed on our driveway. I will have to use the snow blower again early in the morning before I can leave for work!!!! Tell Pedro we WILL be seeing him again! He truely did make my wife's dive experience one of the highlights of her life.

Words could never express the quality and service we experienced with your shop on our recent trip to Cozumel. I may have told you that I ran Bottom Time Adventures, a live-aboard dive operation, for 20 years and have been diving in some of the most beautiful dive locations around the world. We were 4 of thirteen members of a 50th birthday cruise party for two of our friends and we were really excited to get off the boat and have the opportunity to dive what we thought would be a good reef drift, what we had were in fact two of the most amazing dives ever experienced, with one of the most amazing dive guides ever met. He was laid back, and casual, but beneath that he was safe and protective, as divers we know to look for cool fish and sea life, but he showed us some things that were just amazing, and of course protected the reef and creatures to the upmost from one of our more intrusive divers, not in a bad way, she just gets excited and wanted to touch, and I was so pleased that he gave her a lesson about that. I am on the same par with him hands in front or behind and glide and look with your eyes................
I want to write an article and am in the process of starting up a new specialty travel site through an agent who is a friend, I would appreciate the following:
1. I believe our instructors name was Miguel, but I would like to list his full name an our drivers name if that is ok, I would also like the first names of the girls in the shop as I would like to mention them as well, I will of course send you a copy of what I am writing.
2. I would like to confirm the name of the two sites we traveled to on Saturday November 1 2007, for our deep dive and shallow dive.
3. Although it will take a while I would like to start arranging trips using your shop and of course will contact you when I am ready to start, I have been in the industry as I said for many years and am excited to be getting involved in dive travel again.

Just got back from an awesome dive trip (Oct 27 - Nov 1, 2007). I haven't been to Cozumel in 14 years, since I did my OW and AOW there. My buddy (Claudia Marina) and I stayed at the Casa-Mexicana-Cozumel and dived exclusively with Aqua Safari. I had gotten very comfortable diving weekends in Key Largo and I was a little worried about being outside my comfort zone. The whole staff at AS made it a great experience!! Bill was warm, funny and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in (and thanks for the pills for my "mal de mer"). The divemasters Chino, Mariano, Jose, Gustavo and all the others made each and every dive a unique adventure and a very special experience (including seeing 3 sea-horses on my last afternoon dive!). Jorge (mate on the Ocean III) was especially helpful, always making sure we had enough water and that we were comfortable, to helping haul my gear out of the water each and every dive. Ricardo, your instructor, was very friendly (teaching other students) and makes me want to try to get my husband, non-diver that he is, to get certified. Aqua Safari is a top notch operation and I am already trying to get a group of friends to join me in 2008. I would recommend AS to all who are heading to Cozumel for diving. I cannot wait to come back. Thanks again and hopefully I will see you all soon!

i had 12 dives with AQ and always had good water, good fishes, and good rapport with the crew. We dove in 2006 june and weather was fantastic. We stayed at aqua safari rooms and had good breakfast next door. Recommend highly.

I have not had a ton of experience with dive shops because I only recently got certified but I could not imagine that they could be friendlier or more accomodating than yours. From our referrel training with Pedro to Angel's personal greeting and assisatance, we were treated fabulously. The dive boats were great, on time, clean, and professional. My 11 year old daughter got certified and was given special attention and care by every single AquaSafari employee with which we dealt. Miguel and Orlando were excellent dive masters. Miguel even took extra time to point out things to my daughter to make her first dive special. Pedro, our instructor, showed tremendous patience with Ashley when she had trouble equalizing and made her feel very safe. Mr. Horn, because of the service we received, I am sure that we will be making many more dive trips. I can assure you that any additional trips to Cozumel will see us in your facility. I will also be telling anybody I know about how we were treated and encouraging them to deal with your shops. I felt like we were more than divers, we were friends. I look forward to seeing my friends at AquaSafari again very soon.

I recently got back from Cozumel and Aqua Safari Inn is the place to stay. It's close to everything and best of all you wake up and basically walk right on the boat! I recommend diving with Aqua Safari. The rooms are very nice and clean and everyone was really welcoming. I felt at home and really comfortable. Hello, I will just start from the beginning and tell you about a PADI Instructor I met last August (2006) in Cozumel, Mexico. His name is Ricardo Guiterez and he works for Aqua Safari. His Instructor number is 89885.
I have been wanting to learn how to SCUBA Dive since I was a child and last year I was finally able to afford to learn how. I took a trip to Cozumel and stayed at the Cozumel Palace Resort. At the resort, they had Scuba lessons available through a local dive shop ( Aqua Safari ). I booked the Open Water certification course and completed it in a few days. After that I had time to complete my Advanced Open Water Certification. Only through the teaching abilities and patience of Ricardo, was I able to accomplish this goal of mine.
On this vacation, I contacted Aqua Safari and requested that I get Ricardo as an Instructor for my advancement in PADI as a diver. I feel so very confident in his abilities as a teacher and as a professional that I wouldn't go anywhere else. If he is an example of how PADI teaches its' Instructors, then I can guarantee that one day I will be an Instructor. He has really got my inner fire burning about diving.
I am so confident about his abilities that my fiance actually became Open Water Certified. She was terrified of the water before she met him and after the initial meeting with him, she wanted to do nothing else on our vacation but dive. When I say terrified, I really mean terrified of the water. With his demeanor and professionalism, he was able to get her into the water.
I had already booked my Rescue Diver course with Aqua Safari and not only was I able to finish the course, I also gained 6 Specialties to advance me further in my knowledge about diving and my advancement to gaining my Master Scuba Diver Certification. I am short on dives to gain it at this time, but in the future, I will be gaining that level of certification. The only way I was able to accomplish this was through him getting my Fiance into the water. She had made a lot of other plans for our vacation, but with him getting her interested in diving really helped me gain this level of training.
I plan on going back to Cozumel in the future and finish my dives with Ricardo. Not only is he my Instructor, he is now a friend of mine. Please recognize him and Aqua Safari as being a top notched 5-Star PADI Dive Center. Without people like Ricardo, Bill (owner of Aqua Safari) and the rest of the staff at Aqua Safari, I would have never gained the level of interest in diving that I now have.

This was our first diving exprience ever, in fact we were open water certified here. Our instructor was the best and very patient, We left all our equipment at the shop the whole 10 days we were there and came and went as we pleased. Nobody bothered anything. They fitted us for our rental gear ( wetsuits, bc's & octupus) we kept it with our stuff and used it everytime we dove, No hassle to be refitted everytime. Very trust worthy people...The staff was very accomodating as far as getting us on the same boat as our family who were staying at an all inclusive resort. I can't wait to go back! I feel remiss in not posting earlier! My wife and I visited in May and stayed at Cozumel Palace. The Aqua Safari shop was just being rebuilt, but the service was still excellent. Even when we cancelled a dive due to bad weather, the staff said "no problem". Divemasters were safe, very professional, and just good people. They were always seeking input on where we wanted to go next and how we enjoyed the previous dive. Couldn't ask for more and will use them every year when we return to the best diving in the world!

all i have to say is wow! we had an absolutely funtastic time in cozumel. 11 dives in five days. all the guys at the dive shop were terrific - incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive, and most of all fun. i was never sure who was having a better time, us or them. the water was amazing and the life aquatic was the best i've ever seen in my limited experience. the hotel worked out brilliantly. the staff was friendly and attentive, breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. we were right next door to the dive shop (maybe too close to mcdonalds) and right in the center of the action downtown. we made some fantastic new friends, ate a series of delicious meals, scootered around the island, and generally wished we had another week to stay. i don't know if i told you this before but the trip was planned in celebration of roman's coming back safe and sound from his tour of duty in iraq. i couldn't have imagined a better way to celebrate. next time we travel, we hope to take more friends (they are all superbly jealous), and i promise we will be using your company again. susan, thanks again for all of your efforts. we could not have had a better experience than the trip you helped us plan. best wishes, mike holdsworth

What else can you say about Aqua Safari that hasn't already been mentioned in this long guest list. I went to Cozumel with my parents and sister and stayed at the Safari Inn. However, being a rusty diver, with no dives in five years I had difficulty regaining my confidence and courage to start over. Bill went out of his way to help and with the assistance of Ricardo and Gustavo (the dive masters) they spun their magic! I was able to do five dives at Palancar, Cedro, and Paradise. Having been in Central America (Belize) before, I got to appreciate tamales, but I had a hard time finding them in the local restaurants in Cozumel. I teased Bill that obviously they werenít a Mexican dish, so to save his national prestige, he formed a "tamale posse" and scouted the area until they were found, made in a local home. They were delicious! Thank you, Bill! This is the kind of personal attention you can expect from Aqua Safari. Thanks again Bill, Donna, Ricardo, Gustavo and the boat crews for your great assistance and friendship. We canít wait to come back real soon!

My trip to Cozumel was certainly an adventure! I had the best diving experiences of my life and felt so safe in the hands of all the dive masters and in particular under the tutalage of Ricardo, my instructor. I planned on leaving with warm feelings and strong recommendations to all my diving friends. Then I had the terrible misfortune of falling ill the night before I was supposed to leave. That is when all of you at Aqua Safari showed your true colors. Bill practically never left my side until my family could come get me. When he was unavailable, I had Donna and Cheryl with me. I had visits in the hospital from divemasters, instructors, and fellow divers I had been out with on the boats. My family was given advice and assistance as we rearranged travel and communicated back and forth with the states. Everyone was so kind and gentle and helpful and I will be eternally grateful. This company feels like a little family, and I felt privileged to be treated like a member. I will dive again and when I do, it will be with Aqua Safari in Cozumel. Thanks again.

REEF Fish ID Course - Highly Recommended" - As a Coz Regular for the last 4 years, I did what so many others do: Dive, Get back to shore, Browse the books to try and figure out what I saw. Now, thanks to Sheryl Shea and REEF, I've learned how much easier and more fun it is to know what's down there when I'm down there, too! Took the course on an evening from Sheryl at Aqua Safari. (Phone 872-0101) She taught us to ID the 50 most common fish in Coz's waters, joined us for 2 ID/survey dives and helped us see & understand the wildlife in a new way. After diving, we met again to complete the survey forms and take a short quiz. Now I have a base on which to expand my knowledge of both critters and habitat which certainly enhances the dive experience. The course meets guidelines for a PADI Underwater Fish ID c-card (for the additional cost of a PIC) and would be of interest to snorkelers as well as divers. Deb in NY

I have been to Cozumel twice since "Wilma", Diving over Thanksgiving, and just recently in January. I must say, diving in Cozumel is the same pleasure it has always been. The Aqua Safari staff has been working hard to make diving here as effortless as it has always been. THE PIER IS IN, one of only a few on the Island. Getting to the boats is easier than in many other operations, and everyone from Donna, Sheryl, Chilango, Mariano, Juaquin, and all of the rest of the Divemasters & Staff have went out of their way to make Diving here a pleasure. I have had the opportunity to dive on many of the reefs, and for the most part the same pleasureable experience exists. The fish life is astonishingly abundant!! All of my favorites are all here; the turtles, eagle rays, fairy baslettes, even some sand dwellers as the yellowhead jawfish, and of course an abundance of creole wrass' and blue chromis. My favorite spot on this last trip was Columbia as the dive ends at the beginning of Palancar Bricks, where I observed more bricks than I have ever seen; also a huge anchor!! Fellow divers on the boats were also pleased with the abundance of fish life and fascinated with the diving; First time Cozumel Divers on our boat couldn't believe the amount of sealife they could see. Cozumel is still the best diving in the Caribbean in my estimation.

It is FANTASTIC diving, never mind Wilma. December 2005 was my 12 trip to Cozumel and Aqua Safari. Wilma had come and thank goodness gone. The reefs are there and so are the fish. The December trip was a R.E.E.F sponsored fish count. We found 181 species!!! Yes, the reefs are alive and as colorful as ever. I will return to Cozumel and Aqua Safari on 10 Februsry 2006 and I know I will see nature at its very best on the reefs. See you all soon

POLO WAS LIKE MY DAD EVEN THOUGH IM OLDER THAN HE IS. Hi Donna, Thanks for arranging another great Cozumel dive experience. The combination of staying above your shop and diving with your superior dive masters and crew is something I plan to repeat, again! A couple of people went above-the-call. I wanted you and Bill to know that I thought Roger was a terrific 'sweep' dive master. I thought he took more responsbility than usual in maintaining contact and his patience with a couple of divers who were always lagging behind and, although skillful, were a bit loosy-goosy in knowing where they were. With the current changing on us a couple of times, and visability getting lower, this was even more important than usual. Plus, he had a neat sense of humour which I could detect down-under. I hope he's there next year when I return. Also, I wanted you to know how much I appreciated Gabriel. He is a very fine instructor. Joe and I were disparate in our experience, and he handled us both just perfectly, making it a great learning experience. His accommodating to our needs, interests, and questions was impressive. I feel so much more prepared for my October live-aboard in Saba which was my goal in taking Advanced Open Water. When I return next year I want to take further instruction with him, so treat him well! Please tell Dalia I say a big 'hi'! Jeanne

I just got home from my crusie and wanted to let you know what a great time I had in Cozumel. This was my first cruise, and it was very confusing trying to book the cruise and plan shore excursions, being concerned about times, time changes, what was included/excluded, and such. My travel agent made arrangements with ShoreTrips and I booked my first scuba dive experience in Cozumel. I was a little uncertain and didn't really expect alot, especially since foreign travel can sometimes be so unpredictable. But the folks at the Aqua Safari dive shop welcomed us like we were family. The instructors, Pedro and Gabriel, were patient, thorough, and reassuring. I only expected the equivalent of blowing bubbles in water, but we were really scuba diving in 30-some feet of water after a couple hours of instruction. It was amazing! The diving was incredible, but it is Pedro and Gabriel that really deserve the credit for making it so easy. Thank you, ShoreTrips, for selecting such a wonderful dive shop vendor. I'm left feeling the utmost confidence and will definitely book another event with you on my next vacation!

After my new Scuba Diving Adventure I am truely hooked on diving. My thanks to Ricardo as my diving instructor, you were wonderful and extremely patient. I had a lot of fear of diving and with Ricado's exteme talent and patience made my first diving experience possible. Hola Sr. Horn, I just had to pause and reflect, and tell you what a tremendous change you and Aqua Safari has made in my life. First of all, I guess I have to thank someone who bugged us into a "free breakfast" in Cozumel that lead us to purchase timeshare at Plaza Las Glorias. Then, you allowed Bill to put my name (take my son's name off) on the "50% off dive" list. That kind gesture took me off into a whole new world. Patricio's patience revealed the excitement of diving. Alex Oliver's patience, determination and friendship opened up a whole new vacation experience throughout the world for me with my family. On our latest 10-day visit, Mariano showed us the smallest and the largest of critters - awesome!!!! And then, your fantastic staff always makes us feel like we've "come home". You and the Aqua Safari staff makes Cozumel a very special place. Thank you. Laura and I enjoyed the special touches from the housekeeping staff. (I regret I did not learn their names.) Their skillfully folded towel menagerie always brought a smile to our face. Also, please thank Pancho and apologize for us, for the heavy luggage he somehow managed to lug up and down the stairs. Thank you, Bill for your concern over my (former) water consumption problem. The highlight of my unexpected special side trip was that I was able to see Antonio again. Aqua Safari was recomended to us by a diving school in Edmonton Alberta, to do our referral dives. As soon as we arrived, we were introduced to our instructor Ricardo. He made us feel very relaxed & welcome. We did our first 3 dives across the street from the shop, and then he took us out to Paridise Reef with a group of divers along with Orlando, to do our last dive. The dive was amazing, Ricardo was an excellent instructor, and we loved every minute of it all. A few days later we went on another 2 dives with a group and dive master Miguel. He was also great, and the dives were again excellent. Aqua Safari is a very professional, friendly group, and we will definetly be back as soon as possible, hopefully for a full week of diving.

Dear Aqua Safari, Before I settle in too much into my home routine, I wanted to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the wonderful time my family had diving in Cozumel last week. We were extremely happy with all aspects of our diving experience with Aqua Safari. This included your wonderful dive masters, boat crews, comfortable boats, and of course the incredible dive locations. My daughter took over 300 pictures with her underwater camera and some are really amazing. We especially appreciated the soda, water, and fruit provided on every trip. At our hotel, we overheard many reports of dive trip concellations on Sunday and Monday due to windy conditions and we were so thankful to always see your boats pulling up to our dock. Whenever we return to the island, I will be insisting on using your dive shop and I will be happy to pass that recommendation on to anyone who asks me about our trip!! I also want to especially thank one of your dive masters - Orlando, who was with us on many of our dives. He was extremely friendly, encouraging, and great at spotting cool items during the dives. I'm still amazed he found that sea horse! I told him if ever wanted to visit Arizona, he and his family were welcome to stay at our house. Would you please pass it on to him that I was serious when I made that offer and he would always be welcome in my home. I am including two pictures of him which I thought he also might enjoy. Thanks to my Divemaster instructor Pedro who helped me to achieve certification! This was no easy feat for him who had a sleepless night trying to find a way for me to remove my mask under water without breathing sea water into my nose! He found a way and now I am much more comfortable under water. My husband and I did our first 'virgin' dive to Paradise reef with our temporary open water certification and I did well with the exception of following the wrong divers under water.

My group of eight intrepid, carefree divers just returned from a spectacular trip to Cozumel. Pete, Steve, Janel, Dave, Jan, Brenda, John, and myself can't thank divemasters Patricio and Jose enough for their diving skill, critter-finding ability, and especially their humor and great attitude. They and the entire boat crew joined us in our silly on-boat and underwater games like turtling, airjobs, and second level boat jumping. All this while ensuring that our equipment was functioning properly, the dives were safe, and lots of fantastic creatures were pointed out. In particular I remember a few moments of particular attention: Dave somehow wandered off at the safety stop twice, and Jose was always there with the safety sausage to collect him; Patricio spent extra time with Jan to ensure her bouyancy was perfect; both Particio and Jose went out of their way to search for critters; the boat crew for stopping for a water pit stop for me and then when Dave jumped off and lost his glasses Jose immediately dove in to search for them, finding a an old pair of coral encursted glasses at the "sunglass exchange"; the boat crew for spotting my disposable camera floating on the water after I lost it mid-dive; Jose pulling Janel, Dave and myself aside during the night dive to show us how to watch the fluoresent plankton light up; and the divemasters again for requesting to join us on all our dive over 3-4 days. We love our visits to Cozumel. The diving with Aqua Safari is always outstanding. After 9 years it amazes me that Mariano (Chino) finds new and exciting things for us each dive. I've been on a quest to dive every site in the Caribbean -- though I'm far from there, I've covered quite a few. Cozumel remains the best bang for the buck in terms of great diving and inexpensive air, lodging and food. Aqua Safari helped us out on our first trip there, just as Hurricane Mitch made landfall, and offered fabulous and very safe diving. Our second trip was just as good. Its amazing how you consistently operate your business with such excellence and this observation since I started to dive with you May 1996. Surely it is because of the fine attitude you have expressed in your playfulness with the staff on the boat, (Thursday morning with the water gun) and how you choose to acknowledge those in your employement with a beautiful bouquet of flowers for 14 years of service. A part of my heart must be there on your island because whenever I leave, as the plane climbs into the clouds, I find myself crying, tears streaming as the island fades below. It would not be possible to feel such appreciation if my experiences were unsatisfactory, but as always, all of your staff are congenial, professional and accomodating. Donna with her exceptional attention to detail and welcoming smile, Sara and her willingness to help, The divemasters are the BEST!!! They pay attention to everyone, get familiar with them and their experience levels and still find time to be playful or to joke around a bit. I especially appreciate how they focus on caring for the reef. I just wish the many divers would pay better attention to them as they offer good information, and besides maybe they wouldn't let their equipment flail about them when diving (this just drives me nuts). Hi Aqua Safari, the last week was my first experience with diving. Thanks to Gabriel who introduced me to the underwater world and whom I bothered the whole week. I couldn't tell him how scared I was before my first night dive, only afterwards how much I enjoyed being down there. The pictures You took are great. Did the other ones work out as well? I just got back from 3 weeks of SCUBA diving with Aqua Safari and I can say with all honesty that I would recommend them to anyone who doesn't know who to dive with while in Cozumel. I have been to Cozumel 3 times in the past year and this was the first time I dove with them. I will most definately be diving with them again when I go back in October. Not only are they very well trained and experienced but the Dive Masters make each and every trip a fun one. I never got back to land and wished I hadn't dove. I felt comfortable with every Dive Master that I went out with and looked forward to the time that I was going to be on the boat and underwater. Patricio, Juaquin, Chino, Gustavo, Jorge (and all the rest that I would spend all day naming), I miss all of you and wish that I was there with you guys having all the fun that we had. I can't wait to be back again. October, only 3 months and I can play again. You guys are all such a big part of the reason that this was the best vacation I have ever had. Thank you! Once again, for all of the people who are trying to figure who to dive with, I recommend Aqua Safari fully and can't wait to dive with them again.

Dear Mr. Horn, We just returned from Cozumel and once again, diving was great with Aqua Safari. When we were diving one morning, Gustavo noticed that my weight belt had become turned around so that the release was under my BCD. He pointed that out to me so I could pull it back around to the correct position. That seems like a minor thing, but it made me feel really confident and safe under his watchful eye. The fact that he noticed that tiny thing spoke volumes about his safety consciousness and attention to detail. I am a nursing supervisor in a hospital and that is the kind of preparedness I love to see. In an emergency, things would have gone just that

I just returned from a week of diving with Chino and Jose as the dive masters. These guys are the best dive masters I have ever had. I have been on a few dive trips. They anticipated our every need. I am sorry that it has taken so long to write this letter of Thanks. I was completely delighted with my experience with Aqua Safari. I took classes with Gabriel Escalera starting September 13th, 2002 to complete my PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification in addition to a much needed refresher course. I was a rusty diver with a bunch of new equipment. So, even though I was very excited to be continuing my education, I was a little nervous about using my new gear in a new place. Gabriel was a consummate professional, he was precise, easy to understand and very patient with lots of wonderful tips. He has inspired me to continue my education and increase my diving frequency. I will return to Cozumel again (I hope regularly) and will definitely call on Gabriel's expert guidance. I also want to thank Donna, before arriving in Cozumel, I e-mailed Aqua Safari and asked a series of questions about the services of Aqua Safari in preparation for my trip. Our trip to Coz' would not be complete with a couple of dives with the friendly and professional folks from Aqua Safari. Our divemasters Orlando and Sergio were extremely professional while maintaining a friendly and casual attitude with all aboard the Ocean II. Our shore dives behind Plaza los Glorias would not have been possible without the great help of the attendants at the hotel location of AS. This was our 3rd trip to Coz' in 4 years and as such we dont have plans to return for a few years but I know that when we do go back it will be with plans to dive with the guys from Aqua Safari. From the very beginning of making arrangements via email to the staff at the shop right down to the dive boat staff everything was very professional and extremely diver friendly. We can not say enough good things about our experience. Every member of the Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. Now the best for last. To the staff of Aqua Safari at Plaza Las Glorias I just wanted to tell you that we dived for a week with Patricio and Augustino on the Belinda last month and we had an excellent experience both with the boat and with the crew. We did the afternoon dives and Patricio came with us on every dive. He was careful to keep track of all of us during the dives and he found many many things for us to look at. Both he and Augustino were very helpful with getting our gear changed and helping us [two older ladies age 72 and 76] back onto the boat at the end of the dives. Luis in the shop was also very helpful in testing the octopus on my regulator...it has a habit of free-flowing sometimes, and he tested it for me before I did my test dive. This is the second time we have dived with Aqua Safari and we would not dive with any other operator. Last time we had a dive master name Leno who was also excellent. I just wanted to thank everyone again for the terrific experience my husband and I had diving there last September. We were with the group from San Jose, California, Diver Dan's Wet Pleasures Shop. All of the staff at the shop were great. You helped me many times when I lost gear or a sweat shirt. Your patience was much appreciated. The dive masters on the boat were amazing. I have never witnessed such precision in keeping track of the divers. There were 22 of us and if anyone had any problems, (eg. weight belts, mask leaks, lost fins, lost gear, etc.) they were there within seconds to fix the problem. You have an exceptional team. The pilot on the boat and the crewman who helped us with our gear were wonderful too. I just wanted to let you know. Todos fue muy simpatico. Dear Bill and Donna, Just wanted to share this glowing review with you and the rest of the PADI Travel Network staff. Our reservations agent Nick Buskirk got it today from one of his very happy clients. We really appreciate the top notch service you provide and the way you treat our guests. It makes such a difference and insures that all-important repeat business for all of us! I'm sure you'll be hearing from this guy directly, but just wanted to share what he sent to us as well. Nick, I can only assume that like most businesses you receive your fair share of complaints. Well here's a compliment. I would first like to thank you for a very trouble free vacation. Everything went as planned, and as I was in need of stress relief I did not need hassles. As for Aqua Safari, they get "two thumbs up" and a well deserved pat on the back. The dive shop service was excellent. Bill (owner) has a manager (Donna) who made sure I was checked out and informed on all aspects of my vacation. She is all business when you first arrive and determines if you are prepared and up to date ready to dive. She even traded one of my boat dives for a "tune-up" and single tank dive. Then to my surprise the next day, she offered additional single tank dives to my other packages for $9.00 The room that you booked me was above the dive shop, and was very clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but very clean and functional. (I have pictures) (I went to dive not be pampered). I had several occasions to compare packages with other divers and all but 2 requested information on padi travel and Aqua Safari. Most were spending in excess of $100 per night for very little more than I was getting. The best part was having the dive shop below the room and the dock 100 feet across the road. No hassles with last minute equipment or a place to clean up after a day's diving. I managed to dive with three different divemasters, every one was as professional a diver as I have ever met. They all followed a very similar protocol, which made for good consistent dives each day. All three divemasters made each diver feel comfortable and important, (even the ones you shake your head about) and yet gave you the feeling of security of being with someone who knew what the hell they were doing. Every day we were asked where we had been and they tried never to repeat dive sites for anyone unless they were asked to. Please feel free to pass on this information and if possible a compliment to Aqua Safari from Padi would be appreciated. I will be sending a letter of thanks to Aqua Safari for a trouble free and stress reducing vacation. Next time it will definitely be for more than a week. Ps. Warn first time travelers about the Cancun airport being 45 minutes from the ferry to Cozumel and not to take a taxi. Wait for a "collectivo" (people who share a van ride) it is a lot cheaper. If you have people who have to spend the night in Playa either going or coming back because of early flight times here is some info. I found a very quiet, inexpensive clean little place as a stop over in Playa del Carmen called Casa Toucan. Close to the ferry and offers dive trips, has a pool, laundry next door, German food and bar next to laundry. Very, very quiet, simple, clean place to stay in Playa. Thanks until my next trip. Bill, sorry I didn't get to meet you in person while I was there last week but I met all of your staff. I needed to relax from a very stressful situation in north central British Columbia in Canada. Without the boring details of how or why I ended up in Cozumel at Aqua Safari for a week, I had a great time and will be back just as soon as I can. After the fact, I regret that I only stayed a week but the health benefit has been tremendous. I feel and look great, (my daughter say's just think what two weeks could do, especially if I took her along next time). I was very impressed with the quality of service I received and yet still made to feel "at home". The professionalism of your staff is to be commended. From the room maintenance to your divemasters, they all have a way of making you feel special and yet giving you everything you "pay for". One member of your staff to be highly commended for their professionalism and courtesy is Donna. She (tongue in cheek") in my opinion the mainstay of your dive shop. Probably something you have already heard but once more couldn't hurt. Being a high school teacher, control is not an uncommon feeling. Seeing someone who is in total control and yet does not abuse the situation, give clients the sense of security needed when trusting a dive facility. My hat off to you Donna, and Bill look after a rare commodity. Thanks again and I will be back as soon as I can, but I think my kids and their spouses want to come too. Paul Elmont. I'm writing to tell you about my recent experiences with your dive shop. I was in Cozumel for my honeymoon, and did some dives on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 15-17. I was very impressed with your dive shop. Your boat crews were friendly and courteous, your divemasters were very knowledgeable, and they were safe and respectful of the reefs. This was very important to me - all dive shops that I've ever used have been focussed on maximum bottom time, and scaring up everything they could find so the divers could see it. I'm a marine biologist with a NAUI Master Diver certification, and I'm working on my PADI Divemaster. I very much appreciated that your dive masters didn't impose stupid rules on me, but that they insisted on the rules of safe diving - safety stops, no-decompression limits, etc. I also appreciated that although they constantly found great creatures to see, they pointed them out to us without harrassing or scaring them. And finally, I liked that the divemasters made an effort to take us to sites that no one had seen before, rather than taking us to the same reefs over and over again. My favorite of your divemasters was Joaquin. He went above and beyond his duties to make everyone feel comfortable and enjoy their dive. Also very good were Patricio and Gustavo. I commend them and you for an excellent operation. My only regret was that I was only able to dive three days. I definitely plan on coming back to Cozumel and diving - a lot. Hello Bill, Donna and staff, I'm hungry for diving in the beautiful Carribean sea around Cozumel. I've been sneaking down to Puerto Vallarta, the sea is different there and I've had fun diving but I miss my delightful experiences in Cozumel. I'm thinking May or June. I want to introduce my sweetheart to this abundant ocean and hope to bring my brother, Carl, and his new wife too. She will probably at least do a resort course if she hasn't gotten certified before our trip. Maybe I'll bring my son David again, too. I expect it will be a 6 daytrip and I want to stay at Condumel. The peace and tranquility of your condominums and the hospitality and tender warmth of Sara makes these accomodations a given. I still remember the generous spirit and heart of our Condumel hostess and look forward to sharing a hug with Sara again. What a delight she is! Aqua Safari took me diving throughout November 1970 (that's 1970). Equipment rental, two tank dives on Palancar reef, all I could drink, a seafood and fresh fruit feast on Sanfrancisco Beach, a full day -- all for $20 US. Tell me, have your prices changed? I stayed downtown at the Hotel Lopez for $4 per day. Things have probably changed, a little, since then. Hope to get back some day.

Dear Aqua Safari, I was in Cozumel on December 20, this past year aboard the Norwegian Sun. I had the opportunity to dive with your shop that day and have to tell you that I had a great time. You may recall that the weather was pretty bad that day( cloudy, rainy and heavy seas), but the diving was great. I have been diving all over the Caribbean, and I can honestly say that this was the most awesome place yet......even in sub-par conditions. Makes me wonder how great it must be on a clear sunny day. Your divemasters were excellent. They kept the pre-dive briefings short to help us all avoid the tossing around in the boat, answered any questions I had, and showed us 2 excellent sites, Palancar Horsehoe and Chankanaab Reef. Your boats were well equipped, though a bit slow, and your rates were very reasonable. Rest assured that when I visit Cozumel again(soon I hope) that I will use your services. Thank you,Craig Wallace COMMENT: Craig, in heavy seas, you can't just plow through; hence perhaps your comment on boats being slow. I think the important point is, that we have seaworthy boats to get you out to the divesites safely even in rough weather. Thank you.

We Came to Cozumel in June, 2001 and used Aqua Safari for all of our diving. The service was excellent. We took the fast boat (Belinda). I liked it because it was just our 4 divers and 4 others. On our last dive, we encountered a shark. It was partially hiding under a reef. Our dive master encouraged it out and it swam around us. It was the best dive I have ever made. I just found the site - nicely done! D'ri and I were in Cozumel last February at the Plaza Las Glorias, did our certification dives the first two days (Gabriel is the best instructor!), then did 25 dives in 10 days with Aqua Safari. This was the best trip - we stayed at the Plaza Las Glorias, did all our diving with Aqua Safari, and had a blast! The people in the dive shop at the hotel were great. All the dive masters were good, but our favorite was Chino - he knows where to find the cool stuff down there! We met lots of fun people to dive and hang out with. Next time we go - this February I hope! - we'll be back at the hotel and diving with Aqua Safari. You can't beat the 3 tank deal! Ola!

I was in Cozumel this past weekend and dove with Aqua Safari and everyone was wonderful. Everyone at the dive shop was very friendly and helpful and my dive master Ricardo on the boat trips was the best. He made me feel very comfortable since this was my first time to Ocean dive and he took us to the most beautiful reefs and we saw all kinds of creatures. I just returned from Cozumel last night and had to write you about my experience at Aqua Safari. My husband and I went to Cozumel to do our open water dives for our open water certification. We chose Aqua Safari based on the 5 star PADI rating and the friendly response we received from Donna on the many questions I had prior to arrival. We did, of course, e-mail other dive shops in Cozumel, but Donna was the fastest to respond and seemed the most honest and up front about the cost of certification. That was the start of what we hoped to be a good experience. Then we began our open water certification with Ricardo. He was very thourough in asking about our confined water dives and I told him I had some difficulty with bouyancy and was quite nervous. My husband was fine, but was nervous for me. Ricardo was so WONDERFUL!!! He really helped me get past my fears and calmed me down in the water at times of panic. He talked me though everything and made things seem so easy. I was very comfotable with him and really trusted him to get me though the dives. After the certification, we asked Ricardo to go on the 1 tank dive to paradise reef with us so that I would feel more secure. He took me under his wing and made the experience of diving better that I could have imagined. He not only made me feel safe in the water, but her personally guided us through the water and showed us many things we may have missed without him. We also had him accompany us on the 2 tank dive to Palancar and Yucab and he offered to do some photography for us. I could not have enjoyed anything more. He took us to 75 feet and for someone who was apprehensive to try it, I was so elated that I did. ( But I wouldn't have gone on that dive without Ricardo). He took many pictures and again was our personal guide. It is because of Ricardo's patience and great teaching that I was able to experience the extraordinary world under water!!!!! Because of his I am a much more confident diver! I just wanted you to know that you have a wonderful staff and that the experience could not have been better. I will difinately recommend Aqua Safari to anyone visitng Cozumel and have already told my confined water instructor about you. He is planning a trip to Cozumel with 15-20 divers in January 2002, and I highly recommended he use your shop. I hope to dive with Ricardo and Aqua Safari again soon!! Sincerely, Dorothy Retzke P.S. My husband and I recently completed certification dives 3 & 4 at your facility. I would like to thank you for your assistance in scheduling the dives and also for the gracious, friendly, and professional instructor -- Joselino -- whom you assigned to us. My husband was certified many years ago under the auspices of NAUI and was therefore much more comfortable in the water than I was. Dove with Aqua Safari in 10/99 and loved it. Dive Masters were great, very conscientious and friendly. We dove with Mario, Orlando, MaryCarmen, Ivan, Sergio (2 of them), and El Pedio (el marinaro) and they were all fabulous. Boats and equipment were in good shape. We dove out of downtown facility and left our gear there overnight with no problem (very convenient). We plan on diving with them from here on out every time we go to Cozumel.

Dear Bill: For our first trip to Cozumel in Oct 8-16, 2000, my husband and I selected Aqua Safari. Best decision we made the whole vacation! Upon arriving, we had less than 50 dives each and were a little nervous. Angel at the Plazas Las Glorias location dive shop greeted us by name every morning and with his huge smile! Aqua Safari boats were big, clean, and had nice cover. The entry/exit was easy and the boat was always there when our dive was finished. We made 14 dives in 6 days, usually to 80 feet, and had a wonderful, safe, time with divemasters Mario, Orlando, Pedro, Arnold (nickname) and Ivan. We met the nicest people on the boat from Holland, Colorado, Wisconsin, and California. We had such a great time we are coming back in May 2001. We took the refresher course with Nino at plaza las glorias location. He was great and kept our session light and interesting. He went at our pace and never seemed in a hurry. I just spent a great week diving in cozumel with aquasafari while staying at the safari inn. the accomodations were comfortable, reasonably priced, and close to the dive boats. the divemasters (pedro,polo,mario,orlando) were the best I have ever had the opportunity to dive with. after every dive they gave me helpful hints for improving the quality of my diving experience. I am a better diver after my experiences in cozumel, due to the instruction of the divemasters. I would recommend aquasafari and the safari inn to anyone investigating a dive vacation in cozumel.

I returned home Sat. May 13th from a very memorable vacation. I just wanted to compliment your dive operation and all the dive masters. The Aqua Safari dive masters made us all feel very comfortable. Having the dive masters in the water with us allowed us to take in all the beautiful sights of the reefs, and we didn't have worry so much about where we were going or how to get back tothe boat. We just followed the dive master. I really appreciated how well protected the reefs are and how everyone was reminded of this before every dive. I believe that the marine environment should not be disturbed by human hands, so that it continues to flourish and provide divers with wonderful visual experiences for years to come. I respect the way your organization promotes that before each and every dive. Once again, thank you to Aqua Safari for a very memorable experience. It's back to reality after a wonderful week in Cozumel. We had a wonderful time getting our open water certification and diving. Gabriel and all the AquaSafari staff were really helpful and very nice. We were sorry that you were all booked up for the rest of the week. We went on two more boat dives with the company serving our hotel and could really tell the difference in equipment maintenance (two of us got faulty regulators with the other company) and staff (AquaSafari divemasters showed us so much more). Hi to All in Cozumel, We are back home now and wishing we were on your beautiful island of Cozumel. We just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful experience diving with Aqua Safari on Feb 24-26 this year. We were nervous to dive again as we had not done any diving for 2 years and were novices. But Fred was wonderful during our refresher and gave us lots of good advice and confidence (a fellow Virgo !!!) to go on our dives. The one-tank complimentary dive was also terrific. Sergio and Paulo did an excellent job as divemasters and we felt safe and saw some great scenery and fish. The boat captains were great and were always there to help me with my tanks so that I wouldn't hurt my back. It has been a week and I miss you already. Now, at last the weather i Denmark is great. When I returned last friday it was rainy and chilly. I must say - it has been a wonderful holiday in Mexico. I just tripped across your website and had to add my two-bits worth! I completed my open water certification with Freddie about four years ago. Besides me, there was a family of four being taught. Freddie surprised me greatly when he flunked the family of four! Two of them weren't ready after the normal program, so he agreed to continue their training the next day - at no additional charge! I was impressed and appreciative of his concern, professionalism and patience! I have recommended Aqua Safari and Freddie to several people considering learning to scuba, and will continue to do so. Since receiving my open water certification, I have returned to Cozumel several times and continued diving with Aqua Safari (mostly). Your willingness to take my non-diving wife along for the ride for a reasonable cost helped cement my decision to continue to dive with you.
